After my training as a metal designer and further training as a metal worker specializing in construction and stair technology, I obtained my technician in the field of metal construction and construction technology after a further training period.

After numerous further education and training courses in this area, I became a recognized appraiser for real estate and building renovation in 2005.

In 2010, after further training, I became an internationally recognized appraiser for real estate and building renovations

Since 2010 I have been working as an appraiser for real estate, property of all kinds, hotel complexes and land in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and the Canary Islands.

My main focus is on value determination and purchase advice... determining damage to buildings... building renovation and monitoring construction work around the house as well as creating floor plans, missing documents... living space & cubature calculations
